Hidden Moisture

When you step into your living room and hear the carpet squish under your feet as your socks become wet, you know that something is wrong. Your home has experienced a water loss. Whether it be a broken pipe, flooding, roof leak, etc., your home now contains water where it shouldn't. At first glance, it may seem easy enough to throw down a few towels and break out the box fans and everything will be good as new in a day or two. Although this may appear to work, it is very likely that your home has experienced more extensive damage that you are unaware of. The drywall, foundation, wall interiors, and more could still contain moisture that may go unnoticed. This can lead to far more serious damages and could cost you thousands in repairs.
We have equipment such as moisture detectors and thermal imaging devices that allow us to see how extensive the water damage really is. If your home experiences a water loss, we are here to help.
