Chad Hobbs

Operations Manager

Chad has been a part of the SERVPRO of Holland/W. Ottawa County family since February 2005.
He has held many positions throughout the years bringing a wealth of knowledge to his current position playing a vital role in guiding his team of technicians.
Chad has successfully completed the RRRP - Lead-Based Paint Activities and Renovation, Successful Subrogation I Course and the following certifications from Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC), Journeyman Fire & Smoke Restorer, Journeyman Textile Cleaner, Water Damage Restoration, Applied Structural Drying, Carpet Cleaning, Upholstery & Fabric Cleaning, Odor Control and Fire & Smoke Restoration Technician.
He enjoys being outdoors and loves all sports. He resides in Bridgeton on the Muskegon River with his wife and children.

Colleen Gibson

Business Development Executive

Since September of 2011 Colleen has been a part of the SERVPRO of Allendale and Greater Holland family.
She stays very active with different community events, committees and associations such as the Grand Haven Chamber Ambassador program, Homeless Prevention Partners/Soup For All Board Member which supports nonprofit organizations that have housing assistance and food panties in the Tri-Cities, People Center volunteer and she supports her local Fire Departments with their Fire Prevention Open House events.
Colleen lives in Twin Lake with her husband. She has two adult children and two furry kids. When not working, she enjoys traveling, reading, pontoon rides and being with family and friends.

Danielle Hoekwater

Office Manager

Danielle joined the SERVPRO of Allendale and Greater Holland team in June 2013.
She has successfully completed the SERVPRO Employee Certification Training Program and has her IICRC Certification.
Danielle has numerous job responsibilities that includes assisting with billing, itel sample submission, accounts payable and receivable.
She lives in Norton Shores with her husband and two daughters. Danielle has been an equestrian for many years. She spends her free time as a 4H leader and loves showing horses with her eldest daughter.

Antany Cloud

Restoration Supervisor

Antany joined SERVPRO of Allendale and Greater Holland in June 2018.
He is not only the tallest member of our crew, which makes him an excellent ceiling specialist for tear outs and cleanings, but he also specializes in commercial and residential mold remediation.
Antany started out as a production technician and was quickly promoted to Restoration Technician in Dec 2019.
Certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) include, Water Damage Restoration Technician, Successful Subrogation I Course, and the SERVPRO Employee Certification Program (ECTP).
Antany is the first to volunteer to work after-hours when emergencies arise.
He lives in Muskegon and enjoys relaxing and catching up on Law & Order episodes when he's not working.

Dave Stratton

Restoration Supervisor

Dave has been with SERVPRO of Allendale and Greater Holland since June 2007 as a Certified Technician and was promoted to Restoration Supervisor in February 2021.
He has been involved in and led numerous large loss projects in commercial facilities.
Certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) include, Water Damage Restoration Technician and he has completed the Successful Subrogation I Course.
Dave resides in Muskegon and has four children. He loves ALL things related to hunting.

Anthony Jesko

Restoration Supervisor

Anthony joined the SERVPRO of Allendale and Greater Holland team in December 2019 and was promoted to Restoration Technician April 1, 2021.
He has successfully completed the SERVPRO HeroReady Production Technician learning path and has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Damage Restoration Technician.
Anthony worked closely with commercial clients including property management companies, nursing homes, manufacturing facilities and local municipalities during the COVID-19 pandemic providing decontamination services as a proactive measure and after confirmed or suspected exposure had occurred.
He enjoys kayaking, fishing, and basketball. He currently lives in Muskegon.

Kris Davros

Restoration Technician

Kris Davros joined the SERVPRO of Holland/W. Ottawa County team in November 2016.
Certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) include, Water Damage Restoration Technician and Successful Subrogation I Course.
Kris is a key after-hours water mitigation and COVID-19 decontamination specialist with superb communication skills.
He lives near Lake Michigan and spends his free time at the beach, playing sports or enjoying the outdoors.

Kim Kamerad

Restoration Technician

Kim joined the SERVPRO of Holland/West Ottawa County team in May 2018.
Certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) include, Water Damage Restoration Technician, Fire and Smoke Damage Restoration Technician and Successful Subrogation I Course. She has also completed the SERVPRO Employee Certification Program (ECTP).
Kim specializes in fire restoration and has also been involved with several residential water mitigation's and residential mold losses.
She lives in Muskegon with her three children. When not spending quality time with them, she enjoys playing hockey.

Alan (AJ) Sanger

Restoration Technician

AJ has been a part of SERVPRO of Holland/W. Ottawa County since July 2020.
He has successfully completed the SERVPRO HeroReady Production Technician learning path.
AJ has worked on numerous types and sizes of projects; still trying to find his specialty. AJ is eager to learn new skills, and is always one of the first ones in the parking lot every morning.
He is a proud single dad of three, avid sports fan, and enjoys fishing, hunting and restoring vehicles in his spare time.

Perry Aquino

Restoration Technician

Perry has been with SERVPRO of Holland/W. Ottawa County since April 2021.
He has successfully completed the SERVPRO HeroReady Production Technician learning path.
Perry comes to us from San Diego, California and has 11 years of restoration experience under his belt. He is always eager to pick up after-hours shifts and is the definition of hard-working.
He was born in the Philippines, loves kayaking and hanging out with his rescue dog.

Justice Gruppen

Restoration Technician

Justice joined the SERVPRO of Holland/W. Ottawa County family in February 2022.
He has successfully completed the SERVPRO HeroReady Production Technician learning path.
Before SERVPRO, Justice spent seven years moving and setting mobile homes.
Packout jobs are where he excels, being very detail oriented with superb record keeping.
Justice is quiet and reserved, but tells good stories. He also gets along with everyone.
While not working, he likes to paint and play video games.

Liam Stephens

Restoration Technician

Liam joined the SERVPRO of Holland/W. Ottawa County family in October 2022 with previous remediation experience.
He has successfully completed the SERVPRO HeroReady Production Technician learning path.
Liam is very easygoing, eager to learn, and is willing to do anything asked of him.
Water damage restoration and demolition are his strong suits currently.
Liam resides in Twin Lake with his girlfriend and twin baby girls after moving from Vegas. Work and taking care of the girls fills most of his time.

Bill Norkus

Job File Coordinator

Bill joined the SERVPRO of Allendale and Greater Holland family in June 2018.
He has successfully completed the SERVPRO Employee Certification Program (ECTP) and has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Damage Restoration Technician and Successful Subrogation I Course.
Bill has been instrumental with our large commercial mold remediation losses as well as other aspects of cleaning and restoration. With his promotion, Bill now holds the title of Job File Coordinator as of October 2020.
He keeps busy with family activities and enjoys sports, video games and comic books. He lives in North Muskegon with his wife and two kids.

Molly Rand

Marketing Support Coordinator

Molly has been with the SERVPRO of Allendale and Greater Holland family since August 2020.
With her long history in hospitality, event planning, customer service and marketing, Molly fits perfectly in her new role.
She "bleeds green" in all aspects of her life being a proud graduate of Michigan State University, GO GREEN!
In her down time, Molly enjoys being on the boat with her adorable son, husband, and two dogs, reading, and dancing. She lives in Spring Lake.
