Utility Sink Overflow

It is not uncommon to forget stuff when working around the house. Unfortunately, they can sometimes be costly. This homeowner accidentally left the utility sink on, which resulted in water damage to both levels of the home. The laundry room floor and hallway were wood and experienced serious water damage. Luckily, the homeowner contacted us immediately so that we could get the drying process going. Our technicians placed a mat drying system on the hardwood floor to dry it as quickly as possible and prevent permanent damage. It is always our goal to restore rather than replace.
