House Cleaning After Messy Tenant

SERVPRO of Holland/W. Ottawa Co. was called by this Previous Customer to clean a property she owned after tenants moved out leaving the house a disaster. Because of health issues, the homeowner was not able to perform services that would put her property back to its original state. The homeowner called SERVPRO of Holland/W. Ottawa Co. and stated that she was very impressed with the technicians that had been on site the last couple of days and how hard they were working at her home. She stated that she was thankful that the technicians did not make her feel bad because of the condition the home was in. She was very embarrassed to have to call us in the first place.
