Deep Cleaning Needs In This Rental Property

This home was in need of deep cleaning services after tenants vacated the premises. The Property Owner called SERVPRO of Holland/W. Ottawa Co. to assist in this process which consisted of removing contents left behind, deep cleaning walls, floors and ceilings with industry approved cleaning methods and products. SERVPRO technicians worked with the property owner documenting exactly what the customer would like cleaned, thrown out, or donated. Clear communication between the technician and the property owner was very important in this situation to help the job run smoothly. The customer stated to office staff how painless the process was and how much she appreciated the hard work of the technicians every day they were at the property working.
